Our company is an official distributor of Ukraine's aluminium profiles and structures plant's – “КИЇВСЬКИЙ ЗАВОД АЛЮМІНІЄВИХ БУДІВЕЛЬНИХ КОНСТРУКЦІЙ" ("Kiev Aluminium Constructing Structures Plant") production to Lithuania and Kaliningrad region.

Kiev Aluminium Constructing Structures Plant came on stream in 1979. Currently it is the biggest plant in Ukraine, which is occupying approximately 15 % in all Ukraine's aluminium profiles market. Mechanisms and other equipment are constantly renewed, which helps to extend and optimize the potential of manufacturing, also to keep leader's position in the market.

Kiev Aluminium Constructing Structures Plant for its production uses local – in Ukraine's territory mined raw material. All manufacture cycle, starting with raw material's rehash, finally – packing of made production, is performed by itself in plant. Local raw materials, fully self-contained manufacture process and lower than in European countries manpower-expenses, give us a possibility to offer aluminium production with a very competitive, one of the rock-bottom prices.

Approximately 20 % of plant's production are exported to European, American and Asian countries.

Kiev Aluminium Constructing Structures Plant can produce aluminium profiles in any shape or form with a maximum diameter to 180 mm.

The aluminium alloy's chemical composition – AlMgSi0,5 (#3.3206 up to DIN 1712, 1725) is up to European standards: AA 6060, AA 6063, 6082 – in International Register (EN-AW 6060, EN-AW 6063, EN-AW 6082 – EU Numerical). All aluminium profiles' surfaces can be coated (for colouring and surface protection) using two different technologies:

• Anodize. Possible colours: natural aluminium, gold, aged-bronze, black;
• Coating with polymer paints. Possible colours: all RAL colours.

The tool making process are also accomplished by Kiev Aluminium Constructing Structures Plant (up to DIN 1748 and DIN 17615 standards), which ensures the highest exactness and bottom price of tool making process.

Our company can offer a wide variety of standard, nonstandard, any shape or form aluminium extrusions.

Also we can offer all types of nonstandard (outsized) aluminium profiles under our customer's required shapes, dimensions and specifications.

Approximately 7000 different aluminium profiles are in serial production of our represented plant.

Aluminium profiles are produced beyond the requirements of  DIN 1748 / ГOСT 22233-93 standards.
