Windows are made of the combined aluminium extrusions of the OAK-65 system worked out by our represented plant's enterprise.
Material used for manufacturing the extrusions is the aluminium alloy AD31. For construction of the combined extrusions the polyamide glass-filled thermo-bursting extrusions are used (of the “Technoform” company, Germany). One-chambered glass packs with thickness of 23 mm and two-chambered glass packs with thickness from 28 mm to 32 mm can be used as filling. Types of opening: turning leaves, turning-folding leaves, overhead-folding transoms.
Constructions of aluminium windows provide durability, reliability, economy of exploitation and also minimum labour-intensity at making and editing.
Aluminium profiles' surfaces are coated (for colouring and surface protection) using two different technologies:
- Anodize. Possible colours: natural aluminium, gold, aged-bronze, black;
- Coating with polymer paints. Possible colours: all RAL colours.
